Depending on your requirements, we can offer you cooperation or advice in the development or creation of your new product, so that it will be suitable for die casting. We provide expert advise in choosing the correct casting technology, processing, type of materials and implementation options. Our consults are supported by computer simulations, the calculation of final elements is designed in various CAD, CAM systems (CATIA, Creo, Solidworks, Magma) and by cooperation with renowned Slovenian or foreign research institutes. The technical department is able to construct various types of tools for metal casting, casting of plastics, trimming tools as well as various dedicated devices. To ensure the highest quality in all production departments, we build on simultaneous engineering.

The development of the process is based on our own experience and the experience of our clients in the automotive industry. The technical team defines how the product will be produced (quality requirements are checked, requirements for manufacturing technology, die casting simulation is performed). Checks are performed using tool and process tests. Based on the specific surface area and thickness of the additives, which need to be processed, an appropriate die casting treatment process is proposed. We advise how to optimize the product according to the manufacturing technology, type of material or size of the product. Product functionality, physical properties and quality requirements are very important in process development. In order to achieve maximum process stability, we review the entire process already in the sampling phase and evaluate all activities accordingly. Based on the measurement results, we obtain an accurate overview of the quality of the process and consequently the product. The competencies we have acquired in cooperation with world-famous car manufacturers are reflected today in the optimization of production processes, continuous activities to reduce costs, excellent supply reliability and responsiveness to customer or client changes.
